Richard Baker

Richard Baker co-founded Beanstalk in 2005 and focuses his work in two broad sectors; consumer and technology. A gifted corporate finance specialist, Richard has a wealth of experience raising private equity finance and divesting businesses. Recently, Richard has worked on the sale of Everything Legal to DAS, NVM's investment in Mantis Deposition and the cross-border acquisition of Preview Services by Cintas Corporation. Matthew Byatt

Matthew Byatt co-founded Beanstalk in 2005 and is primarily focused on the technology and cleantech sectors. Matthew is a highly skilled corporate finance professional and has been involved with a number of very significant divestiture and capital raising projects. Recent successes include the much publicised GPS acquisitions by CSR, the sale of Netcallidus and the venture capital investment in PrismaStar Inc. Prior to Beanstalk, Matthew worked in corporate M&A at ARM Plc and has management consulting experience with McKinsey & Company and technology consulting experience with Symbionics. More >

Andrew Dickson

Andrew Dickson is an experienced executive in the internet and digital media sectors. Andrew has raised finance from private equity through to listing businesses on AIM . He has extensive cross-border experience working with overseas businesses in the US, Germany and Australia. His skills include acquiring businesses, raising capital and company divestiture. Andrew is a chartered accountant and has worked for PWC.

Ashley Reynolds

Ashley Reynolds has a corporate, consulting and investment background with Texas Instruments, Accenture, and BMW. He has experience in the technology, internet and digital media and professional services sectors. Since 2006 he has delivered valuation and transaction advisory services for business owners and is a Certified M&A Advisor and an Accredited Valuation Analyst.

Mark Grice

Mark Grice trained as a chartered accountant and has worked extensively within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and retail markets, both in the UK and internationally. Mark has diverse experience ranging from running small businesses through to executive roles in global companies including Diageo and Disney. Mark is a particularly skilled negotiation expert and has spearheaded our work with clients including innocent drinks and Method Products.

Tracy Atkins

Tracy Atkins is an accomplished executive assistant with over 20 years experience. Tracy has a diverse background in corporate finance and has worked with a number of high profile venture-backed businesses. She has more recently supported start up companies dreamticket.com and Silverjet Aviation Ltd before coming to work with the team at Beanstalk in 2008.
