Matthew Byatt Matthew Byatt co-founded Beanstalk Management in 2005 and is primarily focused on the technology, media and telecommunications sector (TMT). Matthew has been involved with a number of very significant divestiture and fund raising projects including the much publicised GPS acquisitions by Cambridge Silicon Radio, the sale of Iceni Technology and Netcallidus Limited. Previously to Beanstalk Management, Matthew worked in M&A roles at Texas Instruments and ARM. |

He has experience setting up overseas businesses in the US, Germany and Australia, acquiring and then integrating businesses and where necessary disposing of non-core operations.
