 Mantis Deposition £3m Investment
Beanstalk has successfully concluded a private equity investment on behalf of Mantis Deposition. Selected as exclusive advisor, we drew upon our technology sector expertise to complete the £3 million investment with independent private equity specialists NVM Private Equity Limited.
The investment will help Mantis develop an international sales and marketing presence and expand their novel and disruptive nanoparticle coatings business.

Sale of Netcallidus to dotDigital Plc
Beanstalk has successfully concluded a complete share sale on behalf of Netcallidus Limited, selling the company to dotDigital Group Plc. Netcallidus focuses on providing search engine marketing and paid search services to online businesses in the UK and overseas. Founded in 2002, the company has a long history of delivering exceptional search engine listing results and solid return on investment for their clients.

Positive Energy's 5MWp Solar Park
Positive Energy, a long standing Beanstalk Management client, has been selected to build a turn-key photovoltaic Park in Greece. This 5MWp project constitutes one of the most substantial investments in the photovoltaic sector for the Balkan region and is, at the moment, the largest PV park in Greece.
The Bank of Cyprus is the chief lender of this project and in doing so has demonstrated its continuing support for green investments in the region.
