Beanstalk victorious at prestigious Finance Monthly Global Awards 2012

Beanstalk, the boutique corporate finance advisor, today announced its success at the highly influential Finance Monthly Global Awards 2012, winning the Dealmaker of the Year Award.

The annual Awards aim to identify and recognise excellence in deal-making and celebrate the best professional advisors working in each local market around the world. A shortlist was decided through an independent poll of Finance Monthly readership where 1,455 votes were registered.

Beanstalk Corporate Finance has been shortlisted for 2012 Corporate Finance Boutique of the Year in the prestigious M&A Awards.

Beanstalk, the boutique corporate finance advisor, has helped building energy efficiency software company Sefaira secure the largest series A funding round in the cleantech sector in the UK for over two years, with funding of $10.8m.

The international series A funding round was led by New York-based venture capital fund Braemar Energy Ventures, in partnership with Netherlands-based Chrysalix SET and London-based Hermes GPE.

Beanstalk Management, the boutique corporate finance advisors, is running another seminar in Bristol on "The Art of Business Exit" on 17 April 2012 following the success of similar events in recent years.

This seminar will equip attendees with essential information on preparing a business for exit and how to engineer maximum shareholder value. Attendees will receive an introduction to exit strategies, valuation methodologies, a clear understanding of the divestiture process, and importantly, insight into when to sell and how to achieve the best price.
