Beanstalk Management, the leading corporate finance advisor working with SMEs, has successfully concluded a cross-border sale on behalf of Preview Services Limited. Selected as exclusive advisor, Beanstalk Management has drawn on its unique expertise in the technology and digital media sectors to complete the Preview Services divestiture to the US multinational Cintas Corporation.
